"Sure I'll explain simply. Reverse Repo (RRP): Banks park extra cash at the Fed overnight for interest. High amounts mean lots of liquidity. Repo: Banks borrow cash from Fed via short-term loans. If repo borrowings RRP parking (like today per reportsrepo $270B vs RRP $275B total but borrowings exceeded) it signals liquidity tighteningless excess cash. Track on TradingView: Search "FRED:RRPONTTLD" for total RRP chart or "FRED:RRPONTSYD" for Treasury part. Zoom for trends"
