"Thats wrong. We are still running a $2T budget deficit. The $1.6T in savings in the OBBB is over TEN years so on average $160B a year. If it is applied uniformly over the ten years it could drop the deficit to $1.84T in FY26. Add in $400B in tariff revenue it goes down to $1.44T. We still have a huge problem but at least its directionally better than it would I have been under Biden (assuming Biden extended the Trump tax cuts since not doing so would lead to a recession)"

"Maybe this is news to some lefty NYT reporter but everyone else knows this. The Epstein files means all evidence collected about Epstein obviously it mentions Trump since they knew each other. That is very distinct from the Epstein list (assuming one exists) of men who he was blackmailing or had compromised"

"The US imports 3.8T annually. Assuming a XX% average tariff thats $400b in revenue a year assuming imports dont decline (which is the point). We are running a $2T deficit. So no tariff revenue helps but we need to grow the economy and cut spending to even balance the budget let alone lay down any debt to cut the interest payment"
