Time will tell whether the Prefs turn out to be a success or not. Metaplanet don't plan to sell the common stock to pay off the dividends for the Prefs btw. MSTR has outperformed Bitcoin since 2020. Whether it will continue to do so is up for each individual to decide. I'm wagering these Bitcoin Treasuries will do so.
