"4. $CADLR Cadeler A/S ($1.8bn Mkt Cap) $CADLR is investing heavily in constructing new vessels. These large capital items are extremely expensive. Indeed Property Plant & Equipment items on its balance sheet rose substantially to $1.9bn in December 2024. $CADLR is currently in a growth phase (newbuild vessels etc.). Therefore lower interest rate means that financing the construction of new ships would be less costly. This should improve the return on investment for those capital outlays. Current net debt represents XXXX% of the Total Enterprise Value ($3.2bn) and 3.0x FY25 EBITDA ($457m)"
