Starting FY 2025/26, @GovUganda took a decision  to have all local revenue collected through one system called: Integrated Revenue Administration System (IRAS). 

Local Gov't Accounting Officers were asked to comply with this directive in order to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in local revenue management.

There is now no excuse for using manual receipts to collect local revenue.
