They already pay 5-10% for settlement and diatribute ETH as money for onchain economy / make L1 blockspace very valuable (very high value usecases will use L1 directly: DeFi, NFTs, govs, corps etc.).

Pretty decent agreement in my opinion.

Not accounting for based and native rollups.
