So today i woke up with this crazy idea lol

The idea is to build a memory-based personal credit score for on-chain behavior.

With @intellex_xyz agents reading your transaction history on NEAR,
and Rhea vaults serving as savings data points...

I've been asking myself why hasn’t someone built a decentralized credit oracle that;

Tracks spending/saving/borrowing habits, assigns a real-time “reputation” score,

Allows wallets to qualify for undercollateralized loans or premium yield vaults?

Because we have the data, we have the compute, we have the AI, so?
All that’s left is for someone to build it.
