Purchasing Core Scientific’s data centers increases the real estate assets that CoreWeave will own, but they’ll still be deriving most of their income through renting the GPUs rather than the real estate which they’ll be using.

I think the chance that CW becomes an REIT is much less than $Corz .

There’s positives and negatives on both sides. REITs need to pay a significant portion of their net income in a form of a dividend rather than reinvest in the business and grow it. That would hamper the hyper growth we need to carve out the biggest chunk of neocloud services we can.

Something to consider.
