"Purchasing Core Scientifics data centers increases the real estate assets that CoreWeave will own but theyll still be deriving most of their income through renting the GPUs rather than the real estate which theyll be using. I think the chance that CW becomes an REIT is much less than $Corz . Theres positives and negatives on both sides. REITs need to pay a significant portion of their net income in a form of a dividend rather than reinvest in the business and grow it.
