Well Todd having been one of the lead advocates for reform of credit rating agencies in Congress in 2005/6 (Credit Rating Agency Reform Act of 2006) and post GFC (Title lX of Dodd Frank) I can assure you that ratings are much more accurate now than in Enron/Worldcom & GFC periods. If you're stuck in the performance XX years ago I cant help you.
