"A lot has changed at the FDA since Levo therapeutics received a CRL for intranasal carbetocin now in the hands of $acad. Reading back its a classic case of a company not wanting to hear what the FDA told them during end-of-phase X and pre-NDA meetings. Company flat out ignored instructions on trial design SPA etc. There was no real agreement of the approvable endpoints at the time. Now of course but we have clarity ($slno approval). Acadias study is much larger than Levos and Solenos. So far no one has hit their primary (HQ-CT) though $slno squeezed by on a randomised withdrawal hit. I can't"
