Concentrated banking system leads to only MNCs being able to do businesses China/ Japan/ Singapore/ Taiwan success over last XX years are all because there were many small regional banks who lent locally to businesses that needed it (and would be profitable) Lending for assets and consumption makes assets bubbles and creates inflation.
