Secondly Mr Makate doesn't owe Vodacom any R13M the figure is just a total legal costs for both parties. Thirdly Vodacom is not in a position to celebrate this fraction of the R13M as they owe Mr Makate legal fees of more than X years so far that's literally hundreds of millions for your info. Lastsly this costs order doesn't change the significant fact that Vodacom is liable to pay Mr Makate X% Revenue share as per the existing"
