"Firstly no court has ordered Vodacom to pay a specific amount instead Courts have given guidelines and principle on how the system is X% Revenue should be calculated. Secondly Mr Makate doesn't owe Vodacom any R13M the figure is just a total legal costs for both parties. Thirdly Vodacom is not in a position to celebrate this fraction of the R13M as they owe Mr Makate legal fees of more than X years so far that's literally hundreds of millions for your info.
