"You're right fine tuning is probably the wrong approach for what I'm thinking. I'm no AI expert but I'm thinking a much more stripped down and distilled model could probably suit a task like this.but not certain what Meta did in this case. Also "stripped down and distilled" LLM could probably feasibly be replaced by a non-LLM deterministic system so your original point stands lol"

"This isn't for general security purposes right Just stuff specifically around prompt injections Idk a super specific finetuned model seems like a reasonable solution here.probably more effective than hardcoded rules since prompt injections and LLM jailbreaks are a lot more varied than something like SQL injections. Now I'm curious what the alternatives are.are there any companies out there making deterministic prompt security products"
