"Sorry for the system issue we faced today. We had an issue starting 1:53pm. It was intermittent at times but some clients may have faced it for a longer duration. The issue got resolved over time on different servers with the last server going live at 3:20pm. We regret the inconvenience caused and request your understanding in the matter. "Technical Issue we faced today As part of our strategy to reduce concentration of clients on a single NEO server we have clients mapped under four different trading engines. Two hosted at Mumbai and two hosted at Chennai. The issue we faced today is was primarily faced by clients mapped to the Mumbai trading engines. Clients mapped to the Chennai server faced no issues at all. The issue faced in Mumbai is due to a global impact to an underlying network service at Mumbai. As I learn more I will keep sharing details and also what are we doing for this not to ever happen again"

"Service Interruption today on #KotakNeo Preliminary investigations indicate that todays global AWS cloud outage impacted our DNS security service leading to a temporary service interruption in #KotakNeo for about X hour XX minutes. As I have shared earlier the issue impacted customers who were being serviced from our X servers based in Mumbai while clients being serviced from the X Chennai servers faced no impact. All services have since been fully restored. A detailed analysis and review are in progress and we will share our findings and planned remedial measures with customers soon."
