"$MSTY and $TSLY are going for higher yields depending on their implied volatility in the market. XX% target allowed them to cap their payout to XX% weekly and keep the profits to the fund. Which should in theory mitigate most NAV decay as it takes less to recover back ex-date drop"

"Not concerned like the typical redditors. The fund is doing what it is supposed to do; providing maximized income based on the implied volatility of its underlyers. One of the issues of the fund by nature are the high-IV stocks it plays. Their prices fluctuate a lot like leveraged movers they go up heavy not all at the same time but go down heavy together when uncertainty strikes the market. But on the flip side that characteristic creates implied volatility it needs to fish out the premiums for investors"
