He doesnt seem to think the Budapest Summit is happening and is finding the recent sanctions unpleasant to the point that he says they mean that The US is our adversary and its verbose peacemaker is now firmly on the warpath against Russia. The argument isnt the U.S. is good and therefore Russia is bad. The argument is that Russia is an imperialist state run by war criminals who have invaded their neighboring country. If the U.S. were behaving like that it would deserve the same label irrespective of who else does it.
