And this would incentivize some additional home sales and help with affordable housing as there is NO Capital Gains on the Home you live in for more than a set amount of years. "@GJoyce9 Cash has set the bar high on Spencer Jones remember before last year he did NOT deal Jones to the Brewers for Corbin Burnes or to San Diego for Dylan Cease. Burnes wouldve been rental and now is down for X 1/2 yrs with TJ and Cease has not pitched well this year which has been consistent with his career which shows he has a tendency to struggle after a year he does well some pitchers are like that. Chasing max velocity and spin wears down pitchers much different than a pitcher that seeks out soft contact like a Stroman or even Fried who can throw 97+ but isnt chasing that each pitch"

"@RealMichaelKay Hayes hurt his back a year or two ago and hes lost all his power and hes signed to a longterm deal The Pirates cant give him away. So yeah IKF would actually be better. Place the blame on Hal for being stubborn with the lux tax they couldve signed Jose Iglesias for a small amount in the spring. and sure hes had a bad yr for SD but that is due to spotty play.
