"How do you know what most people want Im a Tesla owner buddy. Model Y and stock since 2017. I live in the Bay Area where its as common as a Honda Civic. But Im not a presumptuous overbearing fanboy. To each his own. Its the American way. Great products sell themselves they dont need to bash people over the head that they didnt do 10000 hours of research or they are too stupid to get it. Its embarrassing for Tesla the exact reason Elon didnt want to do marketing for so many years. His instinct was correct. Fanboys seem desperate to drive adoption. Not a good look"

"The initial friction to buy a Tesla (lack of interest) will prevent people from knowing what they're missing. Also other cars run cheaply. Honda Civic for example. Just oil changes really. Added expense of car cancels out gas savings in short/medium term for most. Power to do what Drive down the street or a race track"
