"$MSTR hovering right above $XXX again With $BTC dipping below 112000 again I anticipate another weak day for $MSTR. As the mNAV shrinks $MSTR's price movement is likely to track Bitcoin more closely. Less premium. The primary risk for MicroStrategy lies in its reliance on raising cash to cover interest payments or to purchase additional Bitcoin during dips. Selling shares at the market during a stock decline is challenging and issuing notes is tough when market liquidity tightens reducing demand for such instruments. They face a dilemma: either crash their stock by diluting shareholders"
