"Prospectus approvals (EU) MiCA CASP and also U.S. registration. U.S. retail trading of a security on a DEX invites SEC scrutiny. It's not ok to say "We warned you in the docs that this might happen""

"@axelar @yorgosv_ @XRPSEOUL Please DYOR. Nothing I stated is fud. It comes directly from Midas docs. Educate yourself on INAV/NAV and the Market maker's role. This product is for professionals not retail. Also note the silence from the actual issuer of this product"

"Vaults Protocols: Stop Calling mXRP DeFi Yield Vaults Protocols. Heres why mXRP (manager-run) and Firelight (code-locked) are not the same risk. Watch this 60-sec breakdown then read the receipts below.👇"

"@axelar @lazy0utis @yorgosv_ @XRPSEOUL Prospectus MiCA CASP. MiCA Title V needs formal authorization by a competent authority. Please share: CASP ID supervisor permitted services and any Art. XXX transition details. Otherwise MiCA-compliant structure is marketing not a license"

"The Axelar team can be and is awesome. That has nothing to do with how Midas operates. In the end the CEL token was deemed a security and Celsius was operating without the proper licenses. Which ultimately ended up hurting the end users. So yes whatever Axelar's role in this can be a "real builder". That's not what's in question here. That doesn't make mXRP great for the end-user ( XRP holders)"

"Firelights design is categorically different. No manager can move funds button. You opt into a programmatic strategy at deposit; parameters and exits are enforced by code. The team cant repurpose funds or chase yield elsewhere"

"Yes know the game you're in. The exchanges not only trade against you but also don't protect you. It's not the leverage it's the structure of exchanges. Which makes doing anything on exchanges except depositing purchasing and withdrawing to self-custody a no win situation for retail. A coordinated attack has to have an unsuspecting target don't be that guy"

"stXRP keeps control in your wallet. mXRP asks you to hand it over. With stXRP (non-custodial) Control: You keep control through your wallet; exits are governed by code not a desk. Predictability: Returns track staking economics; fewer black-box surprises. Stress behavior: If markets panic you can still unstake or swap (subject to liquidity/unbonding) and no human can gate you. With mXRP (custodial/managed) Trust transfer: You transfer control to a structure + manager; you rely on their processes and solvency. Path dependency: In turbulence the issuer may gate redemptions or apply NAV"

"What this means for holders. Vaults (mXRP/Doppler-type): counterparty + strategy + redemption risk. Firelight: smart-contract risk + market risk of the chosen strategy but not discretionary reallocation risk"

"mXRP is not $AXL. One is a tradfi product the other is a pure crypto play. You're promoting a company and it's product that operates without a license and without supervision and making it available to us citizens by way of a dex. Being a " a real builder" has nothing to do with anything. A real builder built the CEL token"

"Everyone is showing up to the XRP community empty handed. Except Flare. Flare Network showed up with FLR for XRP holders but more importantly they showed up with an Idea. Take non-smart contract assets like XRP and turn it into a defi powerhouse. Flare delivered"

"This is not a great product for the end user the XRP holder here's why. mXRP trades on DEXes but redemptions key off the issuers reference value (iNAV/NAV) minus fees not the DEX price. If you buy at a premium to iNAV youre likely to redeem less than you paidespecially after fees. Mode matters too: Instant capacity can return XRP; Standard can route you to USD after a queue. Bottom line: mXRP is a cash-settled collateral-backed securitytreat the DEX price the reference value the mode and the fees as four separate risk knobs"
