"If I am right and the new $RIG can generate $3B of annual free cash flow in a base case and $46B in an optimistic case a rerating is possible. There are not many companies in the world that can produce that level of free cash flow. Look at $UBER $AMT $AMD $VRTX $MMM. They trade between $90B and $300B market caps. But offshore is hated. It cannot get premium multiples. I think that is fine.
