"I will try tomorrow to give you a more extensive answer but we went in the US from XX% to X% with a continuous downtrend ( truflation is already showing less then 2%) If the FED does not intervene and takes rate WAY lower we are going to experience fractures credit contraction bank failures Eventually resulting into a deflationary bust. In that case- gold will drop and The US dollar will strengthen like crazy. AFTER all of this the FED will pump money into the economy and we will get hyperinflation. Gold can easily go to 10k per ounce. So short term bearish longer term very bullish for gold"
