"Well I guess time will tell 🙂 bitcoin is actually still in infancy in its own right. It also works poorly as a currency needing another layer consensus to transact as cash. This on its own is enough to turn myself and many others off its use outside of a store of value against monetary debasement. The general person will not want to increase complexity to use bitcoin as payment. It's a simple fact that consumers want simplicity and convenience. Thats why fractional reserve banking came about in the first place as people didnt want to carry around valuable money"
