"The thing I like about $VXF is it removes Human Stock Picking. Its simply everything that NOT in the S&P XXX and is ranked from largest to smallest and at the top is fairly flat by weight and then slowly drops off like a gentle waterfall. It allows the cream to rise to the top. Top holdings are like the 1st round of the NFL Draft. Heres holdings 11-40. Lots of gems in the second round"

"$VXF is dirt cheap at .05% expense and just gives you a nice Small Cap / Mid Cap blend that leans more Mid Cap. This used to be a very important part of the Market and likely will be bigger than XX% weight of the whole USA Market X years from now"
