"Question: What level of incompetent do you have to be to lose XX% on a net lease deal This excludes the losses on the WC loans deferrals etc. $MPW Or maybe its just fraud. Or both. Does it matter in the end All that matters is that you can't trust these clowns to steward your capital. And they're running out of liquidity AGAIN. Updated bc now that RE impairment should be bigger given the CA lease is valued at $340MM. Impairment estimate upped to $225MM vs. prior $55MM. To you @PwCUS But let them gaslight you with "repurchases" and a penny increase to the dividend that they cannot afford"
