"The "highly profitable" former PMH CA market seemingly can't operate without working capital loans from landlord MPT $MPW Per UCC filed on 8/12/25. Note secured party "MPT Development Services Inc." the MPT entity where Aldag/Hamner/Hanna "hide all the bodies" such as tenant round-tripping loans illicit XX% ownership interests in operators corporate aircraft etc. As we expected this comes on top of the already $60MM "CAPX" commitment from MPT under the "Seismic Funding Agreement" that NOR (aka HSA fka AHS) was unable to fund itself. That PMH also did not fund. Was NOR even able to come up"
