If the surplus liquidity causes Distortions with higher delinquencies or inflation or currency Volatility, there could be some pressure on the bank's funding ( since RBI's intervention in the FX Market is the flip side of Domestic Rupee liquidity in the Banking system) and RBI Intervention clearly sucks rupee liquidity and Exchange it to dollars

So growth factors are important for these Liquidity conditions to remain accommodative
