@kar_nels @dieworkwear Housing market is going to blow. The average US income about XXXXXX with housing at XXXXXXX. Not sustainable and then prices go up and incomes don't then it totally blows out like 2008 to 2013. Plus layoffs, plus credit card defaults, mass bankruptcies, mass unemployment, etc
