I think both $ROOT and $LMND are undervalued today, but $LMND has more long term upside because they're building a fully autonomous organization.

$ROOT's telematics and underwriting are better than legacy players and they have less tech debt, so I think $ROOT does well.

From a completely backwards looking perspective, $ROOT is more undervalued than $LMND today. But looking forward I believe $LMND is far more undervalued.
