Consolidate to large banks and merge with Coinbase type FinTech and use internal private blockchains. 

This will compete with defi for attention but the liquidity will go into Bitcoin and be mostly moved in defi on public networks. Ethereum will survive as a large liquidity pool for institutional and soverign cross border.
