Satisfied with the turn around from the sprint. Balance looked heaps and bounds better. Satisfied with the pit wall in the race.

Happy with Charles' mega pace, happy with Lewis' recovery after a disaster qualifying.

McLaren this weekend surprised me a lot, so given the circumstances, a podium exceeded my expectations.
