-At 15:15 local time (7-8 laps) the rain of similar intensity will arrive.
-15:30 local time the radar suggest the rain might increase in intensity.

At start on the inters seems high likely. There is potentially a pit stop window right before the heavier rain arrives to go on a fresh inter.
