The families of the two dementia patients couldn't pay off the $10K+ credit card charges Santos charged to them and reported it to the police. The family of the victim with brain damage couldn't afford the thousands of dollars charged to the victim's account. Santos stole tens of thousands in Covid funds that he spent at the Hermes store. On and on he stole and stole. This wasn't small potatoes - it was over half a million dollars stolen from normal people - men and women who couldn't afford to lose the money. This wasn't a campaign finance violation.
