My prediction for lending revenue of $457.5M is a lot higher than other estimates. Net interest income is going to be increasing because they are increasing the size of their loan book. Last quarter was a noticeable decrease in noninterest revenue, which I think will be more normalized this quarter. I think both of them increase by around $20M from last quarter, which is where my number comes from. 

Noto did say XX% of revenue was from non-lending sources, and if my prediction is accurate, then this would probably be over XX% of revenue from lending, so I may be too bullish here, but this is my reasoning.
