Better prepares the exit, those gains are carried through T10 up to T12, resulting in just over another tenth gained. +4kph min speed in Pouhon as a result. Note: - He gains another 0.2s in T14, +5kph apex speed, and then assisted by what I believe is a tailwind into BSC. As explained earlier, just over half of it is lost due to a mistake in the final chicane. The improved top speed on the straight between 9-10 would perhaps support this tailwind theory, given it travel in the same direction as the stretch between Blanchimont and BSC. Additionally, as far as I can tell, there were no changes made to the wing levels from the sprint race. - I would say they have certainly made some balance improvements from SPQ, but I believe a slight different braking approach to the slower corners has helped the execution of the lap a lot. Incredible adaptability. Very small things that make a big difference on a 7km long circuit.
