- Users stake yield-generating assets (ex: aUSDC, GHO) into asset-specific vaults and receive StakeTokens in return.
- Rewards accrue dynamically, based on the vault’s liquidity and risk profile.
- Umbrella Core monitors Aave markets in real time for bad debt.
- If a deficit exceeds the configured threshold, the relevant vault is automatically slashed to cover the shortfall.
- Withdrawals require a 20-day cooldown followed by a 2-day withdrawal window, limiting sudden exits during market stress.
