Let’s allow our constitutional order and this sitting @POTUS along with his advisors decide that. However, to maintain that order, there will need to be an accounting of those who committed this undermining of the normal process of events that our constitution directs in the peaceful transfer of power from one administration to the next. That CLEARLY DID NOT OCCUR in the case of the transfer of power and authority from @BarackObama to @realDonaldTrump .
