Let me tell a story. Between 2017 and 2020, with my 9-5, I built one small house for N25m (completed with a bonus of N9m I got when my company did some merger in 2019). That house is worth N100m today. If I was still in 9-5 in 2025, a guy like this in 2025 could have taken caculator and multiplied my say N4m salary by whatever number and say I was a fraud for owning a N100m house despite having a salary of 4m.
