Randy Stewart, 61, a locksmith, was shot & killed while on a service call at a home in Oak Island, North Carolina. The Oak Island Police Department responded to reports of shots fired on Wednesday evening, July 23, finding Randy deceased from gunshot wounds. Investigators determined Randy was the owner of Stewart Enterprises Locksmith Service & believed the shooting occurred while he was working at the home. The homeowner, Brian Reed Grant, 40, was taken into custody & charged with second-degree murder. He is being held at the Brunswick County Detention Center under no bond. Grant is due in court today, July XX.
