"Tyler Boebert XX eldest son of Congresswoman Lauren Boebert is facing a misdemeanor charge of child abuse following an incident involving his young son the congresswoman's grandson. Tyler was cited on July XX with the charge relating to criminal negligence where no death or injury occurred.
