Charles Fulforth, 41, & Kelvin Roberts Jr., 42, have been found guilty of first-degree murder & six other felony charges after a jury deliberated for about four hours. The two men, who allegedly worked as gun traffickers, went to the wrong home, mistakenly intending to steal guns from another property in a different county. On December 8, 2024, Roberts & Fulforth illegally entered the home of Andrew Gaudio, 25, & his mother, Bernadette Gaudio, 61, in Pennsylvania. Bernadette testified she heard Andrew call for her as he came to her room, where he was then shot in the head. She "knew right away" he had been killed. Roberts then shot Bernadette multiple times, leaving her paralyzed. Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele stated, "They went into the wrong house with bad intentions and shot an innocent 61-year-old woman as she lay in her bed and they executed her 25-year-old son." Steele added Andrew was "executed because he was shot in the back of the head as he lay down on the floor of his mother's bedroom, and he was facedown when that shot to the back of the head came." A third suspect, Jeremy Fuentes, who allegedly tipped them off about a gun safe at the wrong house, is scheduled for a separate trial. Fulforth & Roberts were found not guilty of conspiracy to commit murder. They will be sentenced at a later date. 🙏Please share to spread awareness DISCLAIMER: The information shared is based on initial reports, may not be fully verified, and is presented as alleged.
