🗳 Prop #1006 is LIVE on the Cosmos Hub!

Let’s build a Cosmos where businesses thrive, data moves freely, and $ATOM wins. Vote YES on Prop #1006 💥

A reworked proposal shaped by feedback on Prop #1005. Here's what's inside 🧵

1️⃣ Why Prop #1005 failed

It lacked clarity, ATOM-alignment, and cost efficiency.
This version addresses all three - aligning with ICL’s vision for a sovereign, interoperable Cosmos for enterprise adoption and ATOM value accrual.

2️⃣ Vision Alignment

ICL proposes Cosmos should empower businesses by:

a) sovereignity: letting them run their own, custom chains
b) interoperability: enabling cross-chain data exchange via IBC Eureka routed through the Hub

That’s exactly what this proposal does.

📽 Watch Cryptocito’s interview with Mag for full context:

3️⃣ Web3 analogy:

Think of IBC Eureka as TCP and our NFT Bridge as HTTP.

IBC connects blockchains like TCP connects servers.
Our bridge is the business data layer - enabling contracts to exchange ownership/data via NFTs across chains.

4️⃣ Example

A supply chain contract on Chain A sends an NFT with shipment metadata to Chain B - securely transferring verifiable ownership between contracts.

All routed via the Hub using IBC and CosmosEVM.

5️⃣ Technical Scope
- Solidity ICS-721 bridge contract
- Front-end for transfers

So far we've deployed on Cosmos Hub, Injective, Juno, Neutron, Osmosis, Stargaze, and Terra.

We are also the main contributors of cw-ics721 and cw-nfts.

6️⃣ Budget: $XXXXXX USDC (and not $ATOM)

Dev only (no audit or ops costs - cut to reduce scope)
X milestones: dev start, testnet, mainnet

Funds held by Ark Oversight DAO (3-of-6 multisig)
DAO:

7️⃣ Voting options

✅ YES: You support enterprise-grade bridges that enhance $ATOM value and Cosmos adoption
❌ NO: You believe business NFT bridges are unnecessary
➖ Abstain: Counted toward quorum
⛔ No with Veto: Treat this proposal as spam

Let’s build a Cosmos where businesses thrive, data moves freely, and $ATOM wins. Vote YES on Prop #1006 💥
