Coffee, green tea, water and fruits in the mornings

Eggs + egg whites + 1-2 lean protein sources around noon

Protein shake with fruits and cottage cheese or Greek yoghurt around 3pm

Big dinner whatever you want as long as 50-70% of your plate is protein

Energy + fat loss 🥂
