The ratio of $QQQ to $SPY (or the Nasdaq to the S&P 500) is interesting here: 

This is the 7th (!) test of the same high since August 2020, it's been X years now. 

For equities to continue doing well, assuming we don't make new highs, value stocks will need to outperform.
