The last time a major race was held at Indianapolis, Team Penske was at a center of a cheating scandal that marred their Indy XXX and caused Speedway owner Roger Penske a great deal of trouble. 

Ryan Blaney said Team Penske always knows what Indy means to Roger, and it's important to the company that they run well in the Brickyard XXX not just because of what happened leading up to the Indy XXX. He did, though, let on that the things being said about Penske ticked him off given what he's done for the Speedway and for Indianapolis.

Blaney's been looking forward to getting back to Indy after missing out on his first Brickyard XXX win in part due to a restart technicality. "That one cut me deep."
