"You and I and everyone else who follows NASCAR closely can tell the difference between a NASCAR car and an SRX car. But you have to account for the average viewer here - i.e. the same people who think the Indianapolis XXX is a NASCAR race too - seeing an SRX race while flipping channels and seeing Chase Elliott Tony Stewart etc. and thinking "oh a NASCAR race" Yes it shouldn't be possible to confuse those things and yes it's stupid. But I don't think the suggestion that SRX was causing marketplace confusion is absurd either at least if you account for someone who thinks any form of car racing"
