When I’m checking the IV/NAV premium, I’m trying to see how far the ETF’s market price has moved away from its actual underlying value (NAV). If the ETF is trading at a big premium (like 3-5% or more), that usually means it's run up fast and could pull back after the ex-div date. In that case, I might avoid adding or even consider rotating out. On the flip side, if it’s at par or even a discount, that could be a good entry point, especially if a dividend is around the corner.

As for RSI, I use it more as a general gauge. If the RSI is over 70, that tells me the ETF might be overbought and due for a breather. If it's under 30, it's potentially oversold and could be near a bounce. I don't rely on RSI alone, but I use it alongside IV/NAV and timing (like ex-div dates) to decide when to buy, hold, or rotate.
