They use synthetic calls that track the underlying so if $MSTR goes parabolic those synthetics will print. "100% agree. My point was more on the short term if you believe in the Q4 run then youre better off with $MSTW over $MSTY. MSTW is only 1.2x leveraged compared to other leveraged products like MSTX or YieldBoost at 2x. I dont mind leverage when the underlying makes sense. $HOOD is easier to stomach because its less volatile than $MSTR. With $MSTR youre constantly juggling risk factors: ATMs dilution BTC swings headlines etc. That said RH has potential to be a strong short and long-term asset if you believe in the underlying. With $MSTY price appreciation gets capped because of how YieldMax structures their payouts. Since it doesnt track 1:1 like Roundhill a higher yield just drags out the recovery time.
